We're very aware of the desire for position select and it's something we are strongly considering in the future and investigating currently. That said, there are a ton of complications with it and it's not something you can easily just turn on. It's critical we make sure the baseline matchmaking, connections, and core service is stable before we would add something like that which is highly disruptive.

I totally empathize with the problem folks are having here and we're also looking some additional more short term solutions.
