エンブレでフューエルカットは働くが、カットで節約できるエネルギー分以上(数倍)に減速するので、ブレーキの必要でない状況では滑走した方が圧倒的に(数倍)お得。逆にブレーキが必要な状況ではエンブレを使う方が燃料を消費せずお得。
また、クラッチ切れたら安全に運転できないのであれば、自転車も安全に運転できないと言っているのと同じ。クラッチの切れた状態での運転の組み立てが出来るかどうかという話でもある。
