残念なことに、ニアバイとサイティング（近くにいるポケモン）は自動で切り替わり、手動で切り替えられません。
Unfortunately, though, the game does this switch automatically, and you can’t manually toggle between “nearby” and “sightings.”

まわりにポケストップがなければ、サイティング（近くにいるポケモン）が復帰しますが、サイティングを使おうとするにはうんざりしますわ。
If you are around zero Pokestops, I'm hearing reports Sightings returns, but that seems like a very messed up way to go about using the feature.
