公式サイト↓によるとメイン会場とそれ以外で出現ポケモンにあまり差は無さそうだけど、
メイン会場にだけ"some unknown targets"があるということかな？

A. At Main Venue
Able to find the letters of { T.A.I.N.A.N. Z.O.N.E.} which represented Tainan and
some unknow targets that is waiting for you to explore.
There are Relicanth that you will never able to see in Taiwan and
also you can find different color of Pinsir and swablu.

B. Around Tainan Area
a. It is possible to meet Pokémon that you can see at the main venue.
b. You might able to find something surprised you at the Pokémon 30 recommended hot spots.
c. There is a field research only for Tainan.
